On leaving the RAF, he worked with Selex Galileo, where he helped the company understand and develop its support and services capabilities, then worked to exploit those capabilities through various business development activities including some memorable trips to India and Saudi Arabia. A proven leader and a polished professional, Andy is driven to help make a difference. He works with QiResults as a Principal Associate, and can be found leading multi-disciplinary problem solving squads.
Complementing this technical knowledge and experience, Andy has a passion for Human Factors. He holds an MSc in Human Factors and Safety Assessment from Cranfield University, and is a member of the Royal Aeronautical Society Human Factors Group: Engineering, serving as Chairman for 8 years. The Group has wide representation and works hard to make a valued contribution to the aviation industry.
Andy lives with his wife Isobel in South Lincolnshire and they are proud parents of two grown-up children. Andy has always been a keen runner and orienteer, but admits to slowing down just a bit these days. To compensate, and with every sign of a belated mid-life crisis, he took up motor racing in 2014, assembling a Caterham 7 and then racing in the Caterham series. The QiResults team have enjoyed some happy times cheering him on at the race track. It’s very exciting!
